SMS Terms — Auction Alerts
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Program
Deals Down Under Auction Alerts is a transactional text-message program run by Deals Down Under (My Lucky Pearls LLC), 110 Trooper Drive, Hot Springs, AR 71913. It sends account notifications about auctions you take part in on gavelfeed.com: that you won a lot, your secure payment link, and payment or pickup deadlines. It is not a marketing list.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the box "Text me when I win: payment link and pickup deadline to this number" when you create a bidder account or when you check out on your payment page. The box is unchecked by default. Creating an account, bidding, or giving us your mobile number does not enroll you; only the checkbox does. Consent is not a condition of bidding or buying.
The consent language shown next to the checkbox reads:
"Text me when I win: payment link and pickup deadline to this number. Message frequency varies with your auction activity (typically 1–3 texts per lot won). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
What we send
Sample messages:
"Deals Down Under Auctions: you won Lot #1011 — $73.37 with tax. Pay within 48 hours to keep it: https://gavelfeed.com/claim/… Pickup at 110 Trooper Dr within 4 days. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Deals Down Under Auctions: reminder — Lot #1011 ($73.37) is unpaid. Pay by 7:00 PM tomorrow or it goes to the backup bidder: https://gavelfeed.com/claim/… Reply STOP to opt out."
Message frequency varies with your auction activity, typically one to three texts per lot you win. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, email auction@gavelfeed.com, or call the store at (501) 476-1782. Stopping texts does not affect your account; you'll still receive the same notices by email.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only for these notices. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
