Bidding

Every lot can be bid on two ways — the lot page here, or by commenting a dollar amount on the Facebook post. It's one auction with one set of bids and one clock, whichever way you bid. Whole dollars only; the minimum raise is shown on every lot. All bids are binding.

Bids are ordered by the moment they were made (for Facebook bids, the comment's timestamp). If two bids tie, the earlier one wins the tie.

Soft close — no sniping

Late bids can extend the clock. The timing is shown on each lot.

Winning, payment & pickup

At close, the winner gets a secure single-use Square payment link (posted in reply to the winning comment, and emailed to website bidders). Pay online by the payment deadline shown on your lot to secure your item — the checkout name must match the winning bidder.

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY — we do not ship. Pickup by your pickup deadline at 110 Trooper Drive, Hot Springs, AR — payment first, pickup after. Items release only to the winning bidder. If the winner doesn't pay in time, the item goes to the backup bidder at their own high bid, and repeat no-pays lose bidding privileges.

Condition

Everything sells as-is, untested unless the listing says otherwise. Condition notes are on every lot. No returns on auction items.

Works-or-refund guarantee. Lots marked ✅ WORKS-OR-REFUND (electronics and anything with a plug) carry one exception: if it won't power on or do its main job, tell us within 3 days of pickup and we refund the hammer price plus tax to your original payment method. It covers dead-on-arrival only — not missing accessories, cosmetic wear, or a change of mind. Bring it back to 110 Trooper Drive with your receipt.

Fair play

The house never bids. Deleted comments count as retracted bids, and repeat retractions get flagged. We may cancel a listing for errors — canceled lots void all bids.
